Stormzo Chapter Terms

1. Free trial

A new Chapter gets a 14-day free trial. You add a card at checkout, but nothing is charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged.

2. Price, billing and renewal

• When the trial ends, $999 per year is charged to the card on file. The subscription renews automatically every year, charged to the card on file, until it's cancelled.
• Cancelling: email info@stormzo.org before your trial ends or before your renewal date. The Chapter keeps access until the end of the period already paid for, and it won't renew.
• Refunds: payments aren't refundable, including for part of a year, except where the law requires otherwise.
• Prices may change. A new price applies from your next renewal, and we'll tell you before then. Payments are processed by Stripe.

3. Chapter admin responsibilities

The person who signs up becomes the Chapter's admin and can make other members admins. Admins agree to:

• invite only real members and alumni of the Chapter;
• upload only roster information (names, emails, class years and similar) that the Chapter has the right to share with Stormzo for this purpose;
• keep members' information private: don't copy, export, sell or share it outside the Chapter, or use it for anything other than the Chapter's own purposes;
• keep their login secure and tell us promptly about any misuse.

The Chapter is responsible for what its admins do on Stormzo.

4. Suspension

We may suspend or close a Chapter's access, without a refund, if these Terms are broken, if we see spam, abuse or misuse of members' information, or if we reasonably believe its use harms members or Stormzo. Where it's practical we'll tell you why first.

5. Your data and privacy

Stormzo handles members' information as described in our Privacy Policy. The Chapter's data stays private to the Chapter. We don't sell it.

6. No guarantees

Stormzo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work hard to keep it running and secure, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular result (such as sign-ups, donations, jobs or engagement).

7. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Stormzo isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, and Stormzo's total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees the Chapter paid Stormzo in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we'll tell you, and it applies from your next renewal. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. If the Chapter has a signed agreement with Stormzo, that agreement governs instead of these Terms where they differ.
