Stormzo Recruit Employer Terms
Last updated October 28, 2026
These Employer Terms (“Terms”) are an agreement between Stormzo LLC (“Stormzo,” “we”) and the company or person using Stormzo Recruit (“you,” the “Employer”). Stormzo Recruit lets employers find and contact fraternity and sorority members who have chosen to be visible to employers, and post featured jobs. By creating an employer account, checking the box at sign-up, or paying, you agree to these Terms. If you're agreeing for a company, you confirm you're allowed to bind it.
1. Your account
- Give accurate information about yourself and your company, and keep it up to date.
- A Recruiter seat is for one person. Don't share your login; each recruiter needs their own seat.
- You're responsible for everything done under your account.
2. Plans, billing and renewal
- Recruiter seat: $500 per 6-month term. It includes member search, up to 50 message requests per term and one featured job post. It renews automatically every 6 months, charged to your card on file, until you cancel.
- Featured job post: $99, one time, for one post shown for 30 days.
- Cancelling: email info@stormzo.org any time before your renewal date. Your seat keeps working until the end of the term you paid for and won't renew.
- Refunds: payments aren't refundable, including for unused requests, posts or part of a term, except where the law requires otherwise or Stormzo decides otherwise in a particular case.
- Prices may change. A new price applies from your next renewal, and we'll tell you before then. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Unused message requests don't carry over to the next term.
3. How you may use member information
Members trust Stormzo with their information. You may use Stormzo Recruit only to recruit for real jobs and internships at your company (or, for a staffing firm, for a client you're actively hiring for). You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, download, export, sell, rent or share member information, or build lists or databases from it;
- contact members for anything other than an opportunity you're hiring for;
- send spam, mass or automated messages, or messages that are misleading, harassing, offensive or unwanted after a member has said no;
- advertise or sell products or services, recruit for multi-level marketing or pay-to-join schemes, or post fake roles, or roles that are commission-only or unpaid without saying so;
- discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status or any other legally protected status, or otherwise break employment, privacy or anti-spam laws;
- try to get around Stormzo's limits or privacy protections, or reach members outside Stormzo using information you found here before they choose to share it.
Members decide whether to reply and what to share. You never receive a member's email, phone or other contact details unless they give them to you.
4. Job posts and messages
You're responsible for your job posts and messages: they must be accurate, describe a real opening, and follow the law. You give Stormzo permission to show your posts, company name and logo inside Stormzo. We may edit or remove any post or message that breaks these Terms.
5. Suspension
We may suspend or close your account, without a refund, if you break these Terms, if members report your messages, or if we reasonably believe your use harms members or Stormzo. Where it's practical we'll tell you why.
6. No guarantees
Stormzo Recruit helps you reach members; it doesn't guarantee replies, applicants or hires. Member profiles are written by members and we don't verify them. Hiring decisions, background checks and employment terms are entirely yours. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
7. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Stormzo isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, and Stormzo's total liability under these Terms is limited to what you paid Stormzo in the 6 months before the claim. You agree to cover Stormzo for claims arising from your job posts, your messages, your hiring decisions or your breach of these Terms.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Stormzo handles information, including what members share with employers. Any member information you receive outside Stormzo, you must protect and use only as these Terms allow.
9. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we'll tell you, and it applies from your next renewal or when you next use the service after notice. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. For a custom agreement (for example, several seats for a year), email info@stormzo.org; a signed agreement replaces these Terms where they differ.
